NuFem #1 Progesterone (Topical Spray)

Use day 15-24 of cycle applying 1-2 sprays topically in the morning and evening 5 days on 2 days off.

If menses has ceased, day 1 of the cycle is the 1st full moon of the calendar month.

Spray under armpit, or to the inner elbow crease and rub into clean, dry skin. If applying under armpit must not have deodorant on. 

Do not use aluminum deodorant with this product if applying under armpit.

Do not use if tamper evident seal around neck is broken or missing.
