Take 2 of each Liver, Kidney, & Whole Body Immune Pro with each meal M-F only weekends off. Take only 1-2 of Colon Pro with meals daily M-F only weekends off. If Colon Pro @ 2 capsules causes diarrhea please reduce to 1.

Take 5 drops of Bio-Tox Pest under the tongue AM, Afternoon and PM on empty stomach M-F only.

While detoxing it may be best to avoid animal products, sugar, processed grains and packaged foods. To help the body detox, ingesting fruits, veggies, bone broth, fresh pressed juices and protein powders may be beneficial.
