For cycling women, use day 15-24 of cycle applying 1-2 sprays topically in the morning and evening 5 days on 2 days off.

If menses has ceased (menopause) use monday through friday only, weekends off.

Spray under armpit, or to the inner elbow crease and rub into clean, dry skin. If applying under armpit must not have deodorant on. 

Do not use aluminum deodorant with this product if applying under armpit.
