Meno Assist Hormone Protocol Pack

The Meno Assist Hormone Protocol Pack includes the following products: Nufem 1, Nufem 2, Nufem 3, MBM Female #13, and BioAge Reverse. This protocol offers an alternative to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and is designed to assist women with hormone balance and symptoms during the natural changes that occur in menopause.

1. Apply 2 sprays of each formula (Nufem 1, Nufem 2, Nufem 3, MBM Female #13, BioAge Reverse) on the inner forearm or upper arm twice daily, with a 15-minute interval between each application. Alternate the application areas on the arm.

2. Take 5 drops of each formula (MBM and BioAge Reverse) under the tongue, again with a 15-minute interval between each formula. Hold the drops in your mouth for 15 minutes before swallowing.

3. Administer all formulas from Monday to Friday only, and take the weekends off.

4. Once your symptoms start to improve, you may reduce the frequency of taking all the formulas to two or three times a week.
