Cold Guard Plus contains the following homeopathic ingredients:

• Anas barbarie hepatis et cordis extractum: For relief of all flu symptoms
• Eupatoricum Perf: For relief of great soreness and aching of bones, along with vomiting, coughing, sneezing, headache, aching in back of limbs, etc.
• Gelsemicum: For relief of dullness, dizziness, drowsiness, thirstless, vertigo, flush, sneezing, heavy feeling, dull headache, dry cough, heavy chest, etc.
• Influenzinum A, B, C.: Specifically for all influenzinum symptoms, etc.
• Kreosotum: For relief of feverish sensation over the whole body, shivering,chills, coughs, phlegm, copious expectoration, etc.
• Veratrum Viride: For symptoms of SARS, high fever in evening, etc.

Before symptoms occur, use one capful of the homeopathic flu pellet per week or per month, depending on your testing. During or at the onset of symptoms, take one dose (one capful) every four to six hours, up to 3 times per day.
